Daz was supposed to be sold as a puppy but didnt go straightaway, probably because he looks more like a kelpie. We decided to see what he did on sheep at 3 months old and he went straight around the sheep, went both ways, and held sheep to me. The 'for sale' ticket was taken off. He has always had moments of brilliance, but has also been high maintenance, because he is so keen. He literally climbed trees (I have photos) to get out of the garden, firstly to get to sheep, and then just because he can find his way out of anywhere. His mind is constantly up to something. I think the journey with him has been worthwhile, only time will tell.
